10/10
We felt right at home with the sweet hospitality from Lorenzo. He was fixin' to help us every step of the way with maps and eatin' tips. Room was cozy and real clean, and that breakfast of fresh pastries? Lawd, it was a treat every mornin'. If you’re huntin’ for close spots to the Colosseum, this place can’t be beat.

proximity to Roma Termini, extensive nearby restaurant options, helpful mapping services from host
Room sizes truly feel cramped and basic!!! A noticeable lack of luxury amenities makes the stay feel overly utilitarian. Elevate the décor to bring some character into those uninspired rooms!!! Consider an investment in more comfortable seating.

What a charming guest house! The location is a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by delightful restaurants. Lorenzo, the owner, is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcomed. Each morning, breakfast is delivered right to your room, featuring fresh pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and coffee. Despite its proximity to major attractions, the area feels lively but safe, making evening strolls a pleasure. However, the bed was very firm for our liking, and noise from the street was noticeable at times. Also, the shower stall was quite cramped, which made getting ready a bit challenging. Overall, a cozy spot with a lot of character and a friendly host!

great stay with minor room issues
We had a fantastic time during our stay, highlighted by Lorenzo's exceptional hospitality. His guidance helped us avoid tourist traps and discover local gems for dining. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially those fresh pastries waiting for us, which made our mornings even better. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our experience, making it feel even more special.

A stellar experience highlighted by an ideal central location, just a few minutes' walk from major attractions like the Colosseum. The room was quite spacious and equipped with a coffee maker and mini-fridge, enhancing overall comfort. Breakfast included delicious homemade rolls and fresh coffee, a perfect start to the day. However, be careful with bus ticket validation to avoid fines, and the lack of English-speaking TV may not suit everyone's preferences.

We had a great time staying here. The breakfast was delicious, and Lorenzo brought it right to our room, which was super convenient. We loved being so close to the Colosseum and Forum, making it easy to explore. The place has a nice vibe, and we felt right at home with Lorenzo's hospitality.
The only downside was the shower size. it felt a bit cramped, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us.
